I work as an emergency room nurse, and these
clogs help me get through the day! Good traction, comfortable
feel getting in and out of them. I think the most important
point to stress to any potential buyers is to remember that
these are considered orthotics buy some retailers. Having said
that, start wearing them for short time intervals initially,
gradually increasing to all day. They can make your feet a bit
sore in the begining until you get used to them.
This is my second pair of dansko's professional
clogs... I wore out my first pair by wearing it to work almost
daily for 3 years. I prefer the oiled professional clogs
because they are easier to maintain, I just the natural finish
leather restorer every so often. I'm an MD, on my feet for
most of the day and these shoes are excellent. Good arch
support too. Please note though, these shoes are not for
everyone, some people find them a little stiff. My advise is
to talk to a colleague who has them, perhaps try them on first
before buying one.
I wear this shoe for work. Am a nurse but
don't wear traditional uniform. Still am on my feet a lot and
find this shoe very comfortable. Also wear with jeans and
casual wear. Can use with casual skirts and pants. Never seems
to wear out. As I said I wear I had my previous pair for
several years and they didn't wear out. My son's dog chewed
them and couldn't be repaired so had to replace.
I have an extremely hard time finding shoes
to fit my feet due to being a narrow and slender wearer. I
have ordered shoes on line in the past and have sent all of
them back because they are not a true narrow fitting shoe.
This shoe is very true to size and very comfortable. I wear
them to work five days of the week and stand on my feet
throughout the day doing nursing. I have been extremely
pleased with this product. |
