I bought this shoe because I was told that they
were super comfortable (and of course because they are cute).
Yes the shoes are still cute, but it is very
tight...uncomfortably tight...across my instep. I might have a
slightly higher arch than average, but it certainly isn't
pronounced...so I am hoping that after a few wears I can break
the shoe in. The Dansko clog is a
fantastic shoe for the person who needs the support of custom
orthotics. If you desire a firm supportive shoe, this is one
you should try. It is the only shoe that has been comfortable
for me to wear all day without orthotics. Since I'm a teacher,
I'm standing and moving on my feet for several hours each day.
I love these clogs so much that I have 3 pairs. My first pair
I bought 3 years ago, and they still look great!
These clogs are very comfortable. They are
good for people who are on their feet all the time and who
want to be two inches taller in total comfort. They look good
with both casual and dressy pants. They're excellent to wear
in the rain. They will keep you feet dry no matter how heavy
the storm is.
I get a pair of these for my wife every year
or so, (on her third different pair and color now), and she
swears by them. She works in mental health and is on her feet
constantly. I can't rate them personally but she loves the
comfort and durability of the shoe. One thing worth noting was
that she did think that this color is a bit darker than it
seemed but just a minor point. |
